This honey was taste tested at the Geauga County Fair. Customer feedback was awesome. Cinnamon honey can help to relieve coughs and sore throats. It's also great on Ice Cream, in Coffee or tea, or as a glaze on Chicken wings. Most people say the flavor reminds of them of Red Hots or Fireballs. The sweetness of the raw honey cuts the heat but leaves all the taste.
