This honey was taste tested at the 2023 Middlefield Ohio Bee Festival. The formula has been tweaked to include just a little more heat per the preferences of those tasting it. Raw Unfiltered honey is blended with a 6 Million Scoville unit "sauce" made with Chocolate Habaneros, Vinegar and pure capsaicin. First the SWEET, then the HEAT.
